全球商业培训生 Global Commercial Trainee (GCT)
GCT 项目，全称为“全球商业培训生项目“，是面向优秀应届硕士或 MBA 毕业生为其量身打造的人才发展项目，旨在培养具备球化视野的核心员工和业务骨干。通过为期 2 年的全方位系统培养，协助员工适应环境、激发潜能、提升能力，进入职业发展的快速道。
Targeting high-potential Masters and MBA graduates, Global Commercial Trainee Program (GCT) is a 2-year systematic scheme designed to develop the talents into future global leadership positions in our growing and dynamic companies through an accelerated career path.

. 根据个体特质、专业背景、能力特点等定制化的培养方案，包括专业技能培养、通用技能、领导力技能等。
Tailored to individual traits, academic background, and abilities, including vocational training on technical, personal and leadership skills in different functions.

应聘要求
Your Profile
. 应届硕士或 MBA 毕业生，主修财务、国际贸易、物流、工商管理、工程类、市场营销、人力资源管理等相关专业。
Master’s degree with the major in Finance, International Trading, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Human Resource Management, etc.
. 具备良好的英语口语和书写能力，同时具备其他外语能力者优先。
Good command of English in both spoken & written. Skilled in other languages will be a plus.
. 拥有海外生活、学习或工作经历者优先。
International exposure and experience, incl. living, working or studying abroad.
. 拥有海外生活、学习或工作经历者优先。
Personal Traits: Analytical, excellent interpersonal, project & time management skills, the proactive motivation of adapting change, acknowledging challenges and taking on responsibilities of different assignments.
. 可接受出差或驻外工作。
Willingness to travel and relocate.
